Birchwood Park confirms Arne Clo moved biggest in history

A BUSINESS park in Warrington secured the largest rental in its history after an online fashion retailer confirmed its move to the trailer.

E-commerce fashion company Arne Clo Ltd will become the last occupant of Birchwood Park after signing a 10-year agreement on a nearly 60,000 square foot warehouse.

Founded by brothers Reece and Ryan Broadhurst in 2018, Arne Clo started out with the goal of creating an honest brand that delivers the highest quality clothing with an aesthetic focused on structure and minimalism.

Since its launch, the brand has grown steadily and quickly overtook its first small retail unit and then its first warehouse in Wigan.

In the past 12 months of the pandemic, the e-commerce fashion industry has grown exponentially.

As the trend of online shopping is expected to continue, Arne Clo’s team is fully focused on product expansion and development from its new base in Birchwood, which is the largest business destination outside. from the city of the northwest.

Following this decision, Reece said, “We are a Northwestern company and incredibly proud of it.

“When we were looking to relocate from our base in Wigan, while we were looking for a considerably larger space, we also needed easy access to motorway links.

“It was also important that the new site had all the amenities required for our existing employees – Birchwood Park ticked all the boxes for us.

“As the full team begins to become more office-based with the easing of lockdown restrictions, we look forward to trying out the on-site gym, spacious green spaces, and various restaurant and gym options. meeting – all of which are an added bonus. ”

Martin O’Rourke, Commercial Director of Birchwood Park, added: “We are delighted to welcome Arne Clo to the park, increasing our customer base in the online retail industry.

“The Northwest is known for its entrepreneurial spirit, especially in the fashion industry, and the Arne team is a prime example with such inspiring growth since launching just three years ago.

“It’s also incredible news that with Arne Clo’s welcome to the park, the second phase of the development of our Cavendish warehouse is now fully leased.
