You are probably familiar with the Harry’s shaving brand, which delivers high quality blades straight to your door. But what you might not know is that Harry’s recently launched a new line of skin care products, perfect for anyone looking to revamp their routine.
The new line includes an exfoliating face wash, daily face lotion, face tonic, night lotion, eye cream and targeted blemish treatment. We tested Harry’s products before when we decided to find the best men’s razor, and while none of his razors won, they were close competitors in all of our tests. Knowing that Harry’s offers high quality products, trying out the brand’s new skin care line was a no-brainer.
After testing each of Harry’s new products for about a month now, we have come away in awe of it. Some products were better than others, but overall the Harry’s line is an effective daily skin care routine and, most importantly, exceptional value. None of the creams or cleansers were the best we’ve ever used, but they’re better than any similarly priced product we’ve tried.
With prices of $ 10 and under, you get quality products at drugstore prices. Each product is available on its own, but you can also purchase the Clear Skin Essentials Package ($ 23; harrys.com) and Nourishing Skin Care Essentials Package ($ 28; harrys.com), or get the full six-piece line ($ 51 $; harrys.com). Learn more about each item in the collection below.
Exfoliating Facial Cleanser ($ 7; harrys.com)
Exfoliating Face Cleanser
The exfoliating facial cleanser is quite thick and a bit grainy, and it didn’t provide that cool feeling that other exfoliating cleansers typically do. However, our face was clean, if a little dry, after washing.
Refreshing Facial Tonic ($ 8; harrys.com)
Refreshing Face Toner
Toner was one of our favorite products in this line. It is ultra refreshing and leaves your face clean and smooth.
Hydrating Night Lotion ($ 9; harrys.com)
Moisturizing Night Milk
This night lotion is applied lightly and hydrates the skin without feeling greasy. Be careful with the pump – the moisturizer flew in all directions a few times – but the product itself was top notch, especially its light scent, which luckily isn’t the typical sandalwood or cedarwood. found in virtually all men’s products.
Daily Face Lotion ($ 9; harrys.com)
Daily Face Lotion
The Daily Face Lotion has SPF 15 protection to protect your face from the sun, but it looked a bit too much like flat sunscreen for our taste. When used sparingly, however, it feels great.
Brightening Eye Cream ($ 10; harrys.com)
Brightening eye cream
Applying this eye cream noticeably tightens and brightens the skin under the eyes, making it a nice, confident little booster for video meetings for the day.
Targeted blemish treatment ($ 8; harrys.com)
Targeted treatment of imperfections
Dabbing on this blemish treatment at the start of a rash didn’t necessarily get rid of our pimples like another spot treatment we used, but it did reduce the redness a bit. Plus, it has a great applicator that helps you precisely cover your pimple.
