Women Cosmetics Executives to Host Free Diversity and Inclusion Forum


Cosmetic Executive Women will host a free virtual program titled “Forum on Diversity and Inclusion, Uplifting Black Women: The Urgency of Diversity in the Beauty Industry”, in partnership with the CEW Working Group on Advancement of Black Women Thursday, September 30 from 1 to 5 p.m. In an effort to make the valuable information that will be shared at this forum accessible to all, registration for this event is free thanks to the support of CEW’s impact partners .

The content of the program will provide ideas and action plans for the industry as it moves towards a more equitable future for beautiful black women. Rosalind Brewer, CEO of Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. will be the keynote speaker before keynote addresses by Esi Eggleston Bracey, COO of Beauty and Personal Care at Unilever North America; Erica Culpepper, Managing Director, Carol’s Daughter and SoftSheen-Carson, L’Oréal Consumer Products Division; and Ajaa Long, Head of Global Beauty and Luxury at Facebook.
